Life Reflection
Hananiah Javan Hoyt was the third of five children born to Henry Hoyt Jr. and Christine Hoyt in Los Angeles, California. He was born August 17, 1982.
At an early age Hananiah accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior and was baptized by his grandfather Henry James Hoyt at Emmanuel Missinoary Baptist Church.
He loved to play basketball and his favorite team was the Los Angeles Lakers. He loved to sing even if it wasn’t on key and make up raps. Despite having asthma, Hananiah was often known to help people when they needed to move. Some of his jobs included a Child Care Worker with Zenith Youth Homes and material handler for a major warehouse.
Hananiah was preceded in death by his grandfather Henry Sr., Father Henry Jr, aunt Shirley, uncles Elvin Sr. and Derry Glenn, and nephew Temajae.
He made his transition August 22, 2018. He leaves to cherish his memory his grandmother Leola, his mother Christine, and his sisters Shiretha, and Shekinah, and brothers Henry III and Hamilton. Nieces Aniyah and Samaiya, nephews Henry IV and Ja’saih, godsons Daniel and Elijah, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
